Each fall VERA holds an annual conference to bring together K-12 teachers, administrators, college and university students and faculty, and members of educational agencies in Virginia. The two-day conference includes a professional development workshop followed by a series of presentation sessions organized around a current educational issue. Past conferences have focused on issues related to accountability and educational partnerships.
